Trainings

On Campus Trainings

On-campus trainings are conducted to impart knowledge and skill through practical in the instructional units of the KVK. Improving productivity and self-employment generation are basic objective behind these training. There are discipline wise numbers of trainings conducted at KVK premise. Since, Certain technologies/tools which are not mobile and cannot made available to farmers at their place hence, It is advisable and necessary to provide opportunity to interact with these tools/technologies. The following on campus training we conducted during the year 2014-15.

Off Campus Trainings

Off campus training are conducted in the villages for a day particularly at any common place or farmers field where method demonstration as well as technological output used to shown in-front of trainees. Field of the innovative farmers are the venue to conduct off campus training programmes. The following Off campus training we conducted during the year 2014-15.

Vocational Training Programmes

The objective is to organize long-term vocation-based and skill-oriented training for rural youths and school drop-outs, so that they can develop skill to generate self employment through various modes eg. Paravet training, paragardner training, cutting & stitching, value addition etc. . The potential trainees for vocational training programmes are selected by the KVK in consultation with the district development departments. The following programme were conducted.


Sponsored Trainings

As an nodal agency at district level, KVK is liable and responsible to provide trainings to farmers, farm women and rural youth to update their knowledge skills to get benefited in either way of high production or high returns . Such programmes are sponsored by ATMA, Stage Agriculture Department, SAUs, etc. The following trainings were conducted during year 2014-15.
